Does MARS operate in my area?
MARS is currently only servicing Pasco County and appointments are necessary for timely service.
If you are in an emergency situation and outside our normal service area, by all means give us a call, MARS will surely make an exception to provide you with Emergency Service as long as you are still within 25 miles of Pasco County.

Does MARS offer payment options?
Yes! MARS accepts all major forms of payment. Cash is preferred, but we do accept personal checks upon verification of funds. We also accept all major Credit and Debit cards a processing fee may apply.
MARS also offers extended payment options given to you at the time of repair. Extended payment options require a signed contract. More information on this type of payment can be found below.

Credit / Loan Legal Information
An 18.5% one time finance fee or minimum one time fee of $25.00 whichever is greater will added to any and all payment plans regardless of amount on invoice. This amount is to cover any interest on parts used for said invoice that MARS has paid for said invoice.
If service has been done to said vehicle with the verbal consent of owner and payment is not rendered with or without an invoice and/or written or verbal estimate and contract is not signed for whatever reason; this will be considered verbal permission for credit / loan.
The term of the credit/loan contract will be determined at the time of the contract signing or verbal permission from the date of service done to said vehicle. If no term is agreed upon MARS can and will enforce the options found below.
It is understood that if amount of repair granted credit/loan status is not paid in full that an additional 18.5% fee or an additional $50.00 late fee whichever is greater will be added to the invoice and your vehicle may be towed and impounded pursuant to Florida Revised Code which can be found below.
At the time of repair if payment arrangements; verbal or written; are not made and found to be acceptable by MARS management; said vehicle may be impounded and towed immediately or immobilized immediately and the following statements regarding Impounds, towing fees, immobilization and / or third party debt collection will apply to invoice.
Impound and storage fees will be applied to any and all seized vehicles.
Storage fees will be incurred until the debt is paid in full.
At the discretion of the management, Mobile Auto Repair Service may seize and impound your vehicle for non payment.
If after 15 calendar days from the date of seizure the said invoice is not paid; the vehicle's title will be taken into MARS possession to cover the cost of said invoice. The vehicle will then be disposed of in a manner left up to MARS management. Customer has no claim to vehicle after the said 15 days.
